A 90-minute conversation to discover your Type and Instinctual Bias, using assessments as only one piece of the picture. You’ll leave with clarity about your patterns and tools to keep working with them.
$400, includes follow-up resources
Five Conversations
Five virtual sessions over about three months, for leaders who want individual depth. Together, we look at how your Type shapes your leadership, and where you want to grow next.
$3,000 for all five sessions
Thought Partner
Ongoing support after Five Conversations or the Leadership Year, with a monthly call and messages between calls. You’ll have a steady place to think through decisions, relationships, and change as they happen.
$450 per month, three-month minimum
