Hi, I’m Stephanie, an executive coach bringing transformation to individuals and teams, one Enneagram journey at a time.
I fell in love with the Enneagram years ago because of its ability to help me understand myself and others. As I found myself in one of its 9 Types, I was given language and a framework that offered me both uniqueness and a sense of belonging. After years of feeling trapped and unseen, change seemed possible. Awareness of both my strengths and blind spots gave me hope.
I am passionate about moving Enneagram beyond narrow Type descriptions and tests, and into pathways that unlock growth and foster connections. I have worked with people around the country, from major universities, local churches, Fortune 500 companies, small businesses, and more. Each time, I am amazed at the space Enneagram opens for growth.

My 1-to-1 Type Coaching Session equips you to name and understand your Enneagram Type. It includes a test, but only as one data point. We have a conversation about who you are and what you feel. We talk about each of the Types and you label which ones you resonate with. I ask questions, listen for how you respond, and name what I notice. I guide you to name your Type yourself.
My Break Out of the Box Enneagram Course walks through layers of the Enneagram in chapters, leading you through the process of discovery. By the end, you will learn not only what your Enneagram Type is, but also what to do with it. You will be equipped to use Enneagram as a tool for emotional intelligence, having greater awareness of both your strengths and blindspots, so you can grow beyond where you are today.

In Team Coaching Sessions, we use Enneagram to talk about 360 degree leadership, conflict styles, stress responses, and more, customizing content to what your team needs most. Through integrating the distinctive contributions of each team member, we create an environment of more authentic collaboration where everyone can thrive. Team sessions can also be done as workshops with larger groups.
